profileI have been a fundraiser for thirteen years, and have a strong track record in regularly exceeding challenging income targets.

After graduating from the University of Surrey with a music degree, I went straight into a professional fundraising career, undertaking a trainee placement with Fundraising Training Ltd whilst working in the charitable trusts team at Centrepoint.

I am competent in a range of fundraising disciplines including charitable trusts, major donors, events, legacies, corporates, grants and Lottery and have experience of large and small charities across different sectors.

I have run both large capital campaigns and developed sustainable income streams for revenue costs.

I have direct experience of the following sectors: heritage, environment, conservation, homelessness, social welfare, mental health, drug and alcohol misuse and music and the arts.  I am currently delivering contracts for two health charities, one which provides equipment and nursing staff to heart patients in the South West and one focused on research and policy change in the field of nutrition and its impact on brain development and behaviour.

My most recent experience is of working in the south west so I am particularly understanding of the funding climate and am well networked with donors and charities in the area.

I am a member of the Institute of Fundraising and have the Certificate in Fundraising Management (module 1).
